Abstract
This paper includes the data resulted from the mycological analysis of
2,000 sea water samples collected from a network of 12 littoral marine
stations between 1986 and 1994. Qualitative and quantitative determi-
nations of the saprophytic and pathogenic fungi belonging to the
classes Ascomycetes and Deuteromycetes have been performed. The
emergence of fungus blooms is described as well as the predominant
micro-fungus groups generating such phenomena at the Romanian Black
Sea littoral.
