Abstract
The paper deals with the following aspects:
a) The light penetration in living aquatic organisms (hypothesis)
The visible light and ultraviolet radiations penetrate the cell
membrane of all animal tissues and organs through "windows" formed by
cholesteric liquid crystals (e.g. peptides; vitamin D2=transmittance
285-800 nm; cholesterol with OH situated outward the phospholipid
membrane) orientated in the stationary electric field generated by
the dipolmoment fields sum of the phospholipids amphiions molecules.
The phenomenon is based on the electrooptic effect of liquid crystals
which become transparent in the light due to the molecules orientation
by electric field action ("screen principle"). The radiations
propagate further on through the cell tubular and porous strcutures
like in optic fibre, and activate the enzymes building capable to
effect the long sequence of metabolic reactions. Each intracellular
special or molecular structure allows the light passing, fixes the
photons and uses radiations with certain wavelength (energy) depending
on pH value, exidation-reduction potentials and the structure
dimensions (e.g. the space between collagen fibre is equal with green
light wavelength and the space between collagens fibriale is equal
with ultraviolet wavelength). Certain structures (pyramidal cells
etc.) attenuate or increase the radiation intensity. The water has
the role of cooling the cell structures against the increased
radiation intensity. The water has the role of cooling the cell
structures against the increased radiation distructive thermic
effect, too. The diference betwwen the higher energy necessary for
the activation of spontaneous chemical reaction and smaller
activation energy for catalysed reactions (with specific enzymes etc.)
represents the light and cosmic energy contribution which is fixed
and transferred in biochemical process by the body and the enzymes
crystal liquid structures, or by the catalyst space lattice (e.g.
many coenzyme vitamins have the maximum of absorption in ultra-
violet spectra, but in direct relationship with reaction conditions:
pH, oxidation-reduction potentials etc., the maximum position
modifies or new maximums appear with modified molar extinction
coefficient and so they have a differentiate energy for catalyse).
We suppose that the light electromagnetic nature, with the
directionated magnetic field by the left hand rule determine only
levo (L) aminoacids and carbohydrate syntheses.
b)The inhibition and activation of enzymes by means of UVB radiations
The UVB radiations inhibe directly the enzymes activities. The
UVB radiations action on the polymers generates in vitro and in vivo
the free radicals which indirectly activate the hydrolases and
peroxidases and release the energy which is chemically fixed in
macroergic intermediary, and is supplied and consumed for development
of endergonic reactions (syntheses etc.) in algae, but the effect is
a strong hydrolase in aquatic animals.
The animals as well plants function in the "light homeostasy". The
overfulfilment of the light intensity threshold for the animal
adaptation leads to the formation of quantitative free radicals over
their natural annihilation capacity by the organisms and the hydro-
lases and peroxidases activation by means of free radicals. This
effect generates the "pulverization" of subcellular structures such
as mitochondria, endoplasmatic reticulum, network of delicate
membranes with vesicles of more liquid material between them, the
nuclei-cytoplasm connections, nuclear chromatin network from:
epithelial tissues, nervous tissues, brain, eye, liver etc. and it
develops degenerative diseases too.
c) the evidence of light way in aquatic animal bodies by means of
induced hydrolysis with increased sun light and restricted
   spectrum bands
The action of 10 and 1.17 time increased solar radiation (265-800nm),
in comparison with momentary sun light offering during the experiemnt
time, in thermostated conditions, determines a very strong hydrolysis
and marks the light way on through the livinf fishes bodies matter.
The existence of a bigger hydrolysis in the profound dermis of
juvenile Cyprinus carpio head epithelium in comparison with the
epiderms means that the excess light way also materializes too the
way of energetic profound dermis meridian specific Yoga energy.
