Abstract
This paper presents the evolution of the climatic and hydrobiological
factors (air pressure, wind-direction-force, nebulousness, visibility,
air and water temperature, sea roughness) in the East-Central 
Atlantic, Mauritanie shelf (16degree 04'N- 20 degree 36'N/20degree W)
in 1985-1991. It also shows some anomalies which cannot be included
in Pilot Books but can be described and explained in detail in
specialized papers.
