By instrumental neutron activitation analysis was determined 19 elements: As, Au, Ba, Br, Ca, Co, Cr, Fe, Hg, La, Na, Ni, Rb, Sb, Sc, Se, Sm, Zn, W and by chemical assay N2 and P. The concentrations of elements and hepatoprotector effect fluctuated seasonaly with maximum values in spawning, in spring and autumn. By gas cromatography was identified in the metal-protein fractions 20 aminoacids, in which methionine represented about 20%. Pharmacological tests evidenced a detoxifying and hepatoprotector effects of these low molecular fractions upon liver of white Wistar rat intoxified with allyl alcohol.
