Abstract
This paper presents the results of some investigations in the field 
of marine pollution at the Black Sea coast concerning the organic 
wastes contamination of the technological waters resulting from the
food industry. It also includes some recommendations regarding the
reduction of these impurities in view of their revaluation and of
ensuring environmental protection.
