p. 345 - 351 EAU DE BOUCHE MEDICINALE CREEE A BASE D'EXTRAIT AQUEUX DE PETITS POISSONS MARINS Natalia Rosoiu Institut Roumain de Recherches Marines Constanta Abstract The medicinal mouth water is made up by an aqueous ex- tract of small marine fish - Odontogadus merlangus euxinus, Alosa tanaica nordmanni, Engraulis encrassi- colus ponticus and Sprattus sprattus containing 2 % active matter, including a mixture of free aminoacids like cystine, cysteine, lyzine, hystidine, arginine, serine, aspartic acid, glycool, glutamic acid, alanine, proline, aminobutyric acid, tyrosine, valine, phenyl- alanine, leucine, eventually oligopeptides, sugars like hexoses, pentoses, methylpentoses, eventually glycogen, microelements like Na, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu and Zn; ZnCl2, mint oil, nipagin and nilasol. It is a clear solution, with pleasant aromatic smell, yellowish, with anti- hyaluronidasic activity of minimum 50 IU/ml, sterile, nontoxic. It has antiinflamatory, hemostatic, bacterio- static, biostimulating, trophic, dermorestitutive and tissue nutritive effects.
