Abstract
The influx of amonium, nitrates, nitrites and phosphorus
to the Romanian littoral waters as wll as the contribution
of various fertilizing sources to the Black Sea waters have
been estimated on the basis of more than 1600 analyses 
carried out periodically between 1976-1985. The authors
make suggestions for limiting overfertilization in the 
coastal waters.
