Abstract
Data on some characteristics of hyaluronidase extracted
and purified from Engraulis encrasicolus ponticus in the
presence of an activator are presented. The most efficient
activator of this enzyme is NaCl. It produces a highest 
activation at a concentration of 0.3 M by an optium pH
action of 4.4 and optium temperature of 60 grade C.
