Abstract
The paper presents data on hyaluronidase activity from
viscera and gonads in Engraulis encrassicholus ponticus.
During the gametogenesis period, the hyaluronidase is
active in the pH range 3.6-8.0. The highest activity
was recorded at pH 3.6; 4.4; 5.0 and 5.4. The hyaluroni-
dase have the highest activity at 40 grade C and 60 grade 
C and exibits a high degree of thermostability.
