Abstract
The paper presents data on biological compound and some
pharmacological properties of the natural inhibitor of
pepsin that was separated and purified from the marine
gastropode Rapana thomasiana GROSSE. The natural 
inhibitor of pepsin develops an intensive activity of
pepsin inhibition and displayng very important pharmaco-
logical properties.
