p. 213 - 219 DONNEES SUR L'INFLUENCE DE CERTAINS FACTEURS DE MILIEU SUR L'ETAIT DE SANTE DE TRUITE ARC-EN-CIEL (Salmo gairdneri irideus) CULTIVEE EN EAU DE MER Elena Dumitrescu, Victoria Smocov, Irina Voicu et Elena Ghitescu Institut Roumain de Recherches Marines Constanta Abstract Considering the special importance of the helth conditions of the rainbow trout (Salmo gairdneri irideus) cultived in marine waters, we have determined the influence of several physical and chemical factors on the fish health for the period 1982-1985. The evolution of the helth. The evolution of the helth state has been followed by the seasonal blood modifications. The data got have revealed a better helth conditions in spring, when the values of the physical and chemical factors were optimum for the rainbow trout growth and the fish had an intense feeding. In summer time, when the water temperature exceeded 22 grade C and the oxygen content was below 4 ml/l, the helth condition was affected and decrease of the red cells, hemoglobin and serous proteins was noted. In those conditions there Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio parahaemoliticus and Vibrio anguillarum which exist in marine waters all the year round.
