Abstract
The work includes data concerning the total quantities
of phytoplankton, the levels of development of the main
species of the plankton algal flora and the blooming
phenomena in the waters of the Romanian shore of the
Black Sea from 1983 to 1984. There are presented the
blooming conditions, nothing some decreases of the
proportions of these phenomena and of the phytoplankton
biomass in 1983-1984.
