Abstract
In marine polluted waters there are indicator organisms;
besides them marine fungs are considered. A big numbers of
of samples from the nearshore Romanian marine waters(1,330),
as well as from the sands (230) were analysed throughout
1975-1980 period. It has been identified eleven marine
fungs belonging to the Phycomycetes Class., Chytridiales,
Saprolegniales, Peronosporales and Mucorales orders. The 
shape and the size of the mycelium, sporongia and sporan-
giophores were used for the systematic account. The morphology,
seasonal variations and spred, are described for each species.
