Abstract
Bioactive preparations with an intense antihyaluroidasic
activity, given by the chemical compound which enter in
their composition (glycogen, hexoses, microelements and
free amino acids), have been obtained from four fish
species of the Black Sea: Alosa tanaica nordmanni,
Odontogatus merlangus euxinus, Engraulis encrassicholus
ponticus, Sprattus sprattus, from a cephalopod (Loligo
pealei) and a crustacean (Euphausia superba dana), both
from the Atlantic Ocean.
