Serban 2), Maria Panait 1) and Steliana Stoica 3) 1) Romanian Marine Research Institute Constanta 2) Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Bucharest 3) Chemical-Pharmaceutical Research Institute Bucharest Abstract Bioactive preparations with an intense antihyaluroidasic activity, given by the chemical compound which enter in their composition (glycogen, hexoses, microelements and free amino acids), have been obtained from four fish species of the Black Sea: Alosa tanaica nordmanni, Odontogatus merlangus euxinus, Engraulis encrassicholus ponticus, Sprattus sprattus, from a cephalopod (Loligo pealei) and a crustacean (Euphausia superba dana), both from the Atlantic Ocean.
