Abstract
There are presented the surveys on Sepia officinalis officinalis
caught in the coastal waters of the I.R. of Mauritania, during May-
September 1982. There are calculated mentle length on total weight
and nidamental glands length relationships, sex ratio and von 
Bertalanffy growth parameters.
