p. 85 - 90 SUR L'ETAT ACTUEL DE LA VEGETATION ALGALE DU LITTORAL ROUMAIN DE LA MER NOIRE Maria Celan 1) et Adrian Bavaru 2) 1) Institut Roumain de Recherches Marines Constanta 2) Institut d'Enseignement Superieur Constanta Abstract This paper summarizes the observations carried on during the summer season of 1978, with a view to show the present state of the marine vegetation along the Romanian coast of the Black Sea. The complete dissapearance of the strong Cystoseira belt and a regressed succesion are pointed out, the initial communities being replaced by clousters with simple structure and reduced biomass.
