Abstract
Results on spreading of viabile cells of yeasts and yeast-like fungs
along the Romanian Sea shore, throughout 1975-1977, are here 
presented. Analized samples originated from 14 points situated just
in the undergone to the waste waters discharge, as well as, from a
point 5 Miles far from the shores. Were isolated ten species of 
yeasts and yeast-like fungs. Total number of cells/litre was always
much bigger in shalow than in neritical area.
