DYNAMIQUE DE L'ACTIVITE AMYLASIQUE CHEZ LA MOULE,
PENDANT SON CYCLE BIOLOGIQUE ANNUEL

Abstract
The monthly variation of the amylase activity from the hepatopancreas,
mantle and whole body of Mytilus galloprovincialis Lmk., of sizes
between 1-2 cm, 4-5 cm and 8-9 cm, was studied. A marked dynamic
character, closely dependent on the annual biological cycle, was 
evinced by the monthly observations, with a maximum amylase activity
in periods of spawing.
