p. 239 - 246 L'ETUDE DES COMPOSANTS METALLIQUES DES PHOSPHOLIPIDIES OBTENUS A PARTIR DES MOLLUSQUES BIVALVES MYTILUS GALLOPROVINCIALIS LMK. ET MYA ARENARIA L. I.A. Molnar 1), Maria Mirza 2) et Camena Panteli 3) 1)Institut de Recherches Chimice-Pharmaceutiques Bucuresti 2) Institut Roumanian de Recherches Marines Constanta Abstract Free-phospholipid fraction, extracted from Mytilus galloprovincialis and Mya arenaria was found to contein a higher ratio of metals (Na,K, Ca and Mg) then the bind-phospholipid fraction (0,67 and 0,52 equiv. metal/P - 0,25 and 0,16 equiv.metal/P. The metal ratio of the cephalines-rich fractions insoluble in ethyl alchol was found to be higher than that of the soluble ones; the values for free - lipids from Mytilus galloprovincialis were 0,18 and 0,93 equiv.metal/P. Similar results were noted for vegetal phospholipids extracted from sunflower and soybean 0,097 and 0,079 equiv.metal/P in lecithin fractions: 0,97 and 0,695 in cephaline fractions.
