p. 227 - 237 LES PROPERTIES ANTIHYALURONIDASIQUES DE CERTAINES PREPARATIONS DE MUCOPOLYSACCHARIDES OBTENUS A PARTIR DE DIFFERENTES ESPECES D'ANIMAUX I.A. Molnar, E. Drimbarean, L. Cojocaru et C. Panteli Institut de Recherches Chimice-Pharmaceutiques Bucuresti Abstract A method was established in order to determine antihyaluronidasic activity. In the established work conditions, linear relations were observed between the quantities of hyaluronidase and the hydrolized hyaluronic acid. The antihyaluronidasic activity of some mucopoly- sacharide preparations from Mytilus galloprovincialis Lmk, Mya arenaria L, from hen small intestine, bovine duodenum and chondroitin sodium sulfate were 3,2; 5,0; 4,8; 5,0, resp. 102 inhibitory unities/ mg. These results proved that the studied mucopolysacharide could play an inhibitor role of the enzime in the organism.
