Abstract
The paper presents the result of Roumanian's researches carried out
in the period December 1972 - December 1974 on structure by length
and age of the scads catches. It was determining growth rate in 
length and weight as well as sex ratio and stages of gonads maturity
of the annual stocks. It was concluded that in Cap Blanc area usually
are agglomerating scad shoals of mature specimens.
