Abstract
This paper presents structure on length classes, weight and sex of 
the mackerel fished in the South-West of Great Britain area in the
period of end of the fishing season (Octomber and November). Thhis
period coincides with beginning of the cold season and with mackerel 
shoals movements to the shelter zones situated in the proximity of
the bottom.
