Abstract
On the basis of 357 samples collected in the years 1974 and 1975,
some characteristics  of the zooplankton structure and quantity in
front of Romanian Black Sea coast are presented in the paper. The
density and biomass variations of different zooplanktonic groups
depending on the environment conditions are analysed. In the two
years of observations both the features of hydrological factors and
the strong phenomenon of water blooming induced by Exuviaella cordata 
influenced to a great extent the zooplankton development.
