Abstract
In the paper, the total lipids, free and total fatty acids, 
unsaponified fraction, glycerol, glycerides and oleic acid in
Mytilus galloprovincialis Lam., Mya arenaria L., Rapana thomasiana 
Grosse, Crangon crangon (L) and Palaemon sp., are presented.
