OBSERVATIONS ON ROMANIAN FISHING IN NORTH-WEST ATLANTIC
AREA, IN 1974

Abstract
The observations were carried out on Romanian trawlers in January-
September 1974, in Subarea 5 and Statistical Area 6. The detailed
study of species composition of catches lead to a realistic asses-
sment of it. Investigations concerning lengths and ages composition
of main fished species have permited acquiting state of reserves.
