p. 179 - 199 ETUDE SUR LES FRACTIONS LIPIDIQUES DU MYTILUS GALLOPROVINCIALIS LMK. A.I. Molnar et C. Panteli Institut de Recherches Chimiques-Pharmaceutiques, Bucharest Maria Mirza Institut Roumain de Recherches Marines Constantza Abstract There had been determined the content on free lipids (extracted with ethyl ether) and bound lipids (extracted with dichlorethan), in Mytilus galloprovincialis collected at Agigea on the 4-th of august 1973. The content of free lipids is 8.14%, bound 2.24%, and total 10.38%. The content of the lipidic fractions is different as it follows: free, bound, total: glycerides 54.67%; 15.18%; 46.14%, phospholipids 22.10%; 68.75%; 32.18%, insaponifiables 23.23%; 16.07%; 21.68%; cholosterol 17.55%; 4.48%; 14.47%; total fatty acids 69.25%; 60.37%; 87.82%. It was shown that the phospholipids had a greater capacity to form cenapses, than the other components. Using thin layer chromatography in the two fractions of the lipids there had been settled and cantitatively determined 9 fractions of phospholipids: lecithins, lysolecithins cephalins, lysocephalins, 3 phospholipids and 2 phosphoaminolipids non identified. The fraction of bound lipids was richer in lecithins and lysolecithins and poorer in cephalins and lysocephalins than the free one. By thin layer chromatography it was shown: free and esterified cholesterol, vitamine A, 5 carotenoids and 4 carotenoids ester.
