The results of researches led to the determination of seasonal and pluri-annual dynamics for the major zooplankton species, depending upon changes in environment (winds, marine current salinity level, water temperature and phytoplankton). A specific zooplankton bioceno- sis was determined - the zone comprised between 5 to 30 marine miles far from shore, with a depth between 20 and 50 m.
