OBSERVATIONS ON FISHING IN MIDDLE-EAST ATLANTIC IN 1967

Abstract 
The paper presents the research carried out on board trawler 
"Constanta" in 1967, in the continental shelf fishing area of the 
middle-east Atlantic, between parallels 26 grade 00'N and 13 grade 
00'N, depths ranging from 80 to 200 m. Research was particularly 
concerned with: variations in environment conditions, species of fish
caught, elemnts which characteize the population of the main species 
of fishes and productivity of bottomtrawling.
